Disclaimer: This garment dye technique gives the piece character and a rich color with some natural variations in the tint. We stick to an industry standard of a 10% variation in shade band across all colors.

There is a generic tear away label in the neck that is easy to remove for personalization and a small nylon size label in wearers left side seam for easy identification during re-label.

If the garment is dyed or washed the generic neck label will dissolve leaving only the size label.

PFD items ship within 3-5 business days from receipt of order.

Dyed items ship within 3-21 business days, based on stock availability and order volume. Please note that due to the garment dye processes, there will be industry standard variations in the color tone of each dyed color and specific tolerances allowed. Massive offers freight options available through our carrier affiliate network or Local Pickup which allows customers to set up shipping through their own freight forwarder. The risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

All goods are QC'd at our factory after dye. However, if there are any damages or shortages in the delivered order you must contact us via email contact@massiveprints.net within 7 days of shipment recieved.

This applies even if the customer is sending the dyed goods straight to a print shop, finisher, another client, etc. They are still required and responsible to do their own quality control check within the time frame of 7 business days upon delivery. If there is no email notification after the 7 business days, Massive is not responsible for any damages or shortage finding from thereon.
