SHIPPING

Massive aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible. 

PFD items ship within 3-5 business days from receipt of order.

Dyed items ship within 3-21 business days, based on stock availability and order volume. Please note that due to the garment dye processes, there will be industry standard variations in the color tone of each dyed color and specific tolerances allowed. Please see the disclaimers on each product page for more information and reach out if you would like a full spec of the garment.

Massive offers freight options available through our carrier affiliate network or Local Pickup which allows customers to set up shipping through their own freight forwarder. The risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Please ensure you report an issue within the respective deadlines:

• Damaged: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
• Defective: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
• Wrong Items: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
• Missing: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
• Quality: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
