Placing items into your shopping cart does not guarantee the items will remain in stock. Once an item has been purchased, we will send you an order confirmation email. If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

All orders are shipped from our facility in Los Angeles, California.

All orders shipped to California addresses are subject to state sales tax and may be subject to local taxes. Orders to all other U.S states will not be subject to any sales tax. 

For domestic orders we do ship to PO Boxes.

We offer international shipping but at this time are unable to ship to Afghanistan, Ascension, Burma, Central African Republic, Cuba, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, North Korea, Pitcairn Island, Saint Helena, Saint Pierre, Miquelon, Somalia, Syria, Tajikistan and Tristan da Cunha.

If these do occur, we are not responsible for paying these costs. The responsibility is yours, the customer. As well, if you send the package back due to any of the above reasons we will not issue a refund.

We aim to ship out all back ordered items as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 weeks for any pre-orders or backorders to ship.

We aim to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Orders typically take 1-3 business days to be packed in our warehouse, but may take as long as 3-5 business days to leave our warehouse. After that, it will arrive to you based off of the shipping estimate given to you at checkout. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Exclusive pieces, limited drops, and other one-off collections may take longer than 3-5 days to ship, however this is rare. We appreciate your patience! We have an extremely high overall customer service and satisfaction rating for a reason.

All goods are QC'd at our factory after dye. However, if there are any damages or shortages in the delivered order you must contact us via email within 7 days of shipment received.

This applies even if the customer is sending the dyed goods straight to a print shop, finisher, another client, etc. They are still required and responsible to do their own quality control check within the time frame of 7 business days upon delivery. If there is no email notification after the 7 business days, Massive is not responsive for any damages or shortage finding from thereon.
